Inteva Products, a global automotive supplier with over 9,000 employees in 18 countries, needed to rapidly align a newly formed workforce around consistent management protocols, accountability and legal compliance while facing steep training budget cuts and the high cost of multi-day, instructor-led sessions. Leadership wanted a lean, scalable way to instill company culture and core skills without excessive travel or time away from the plant floor.

Working with Learning Design and using Latitude Learning’s cloud LMS, Inteva implemented a blended learning model that converted three-day classrooms into several eLearning modules plus one day of in-person training. The pilot HR curriculum (12–15 courses) proved faster, cheaper and more effective, and was quickly adopted by IT and Finance with plans to expand to 50–100 courses and hourly workers. Results included significant reductions in travel and downtime, consistent messaging and verifiable training records, higher employee engagement and faster, localized onboarding in multiple languages.
