El Centro Family Health Joins Latitude Family

El Centro Family Health, a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center based in Española, N.M., operates 27 clinics across seven counties and serves underprivileged communities across more than 22,000 square miles. Faced with the need to manage and document staff training for roughly 263 employees spread across a large, decentralized network—and working within non‑profit budget constraints—the organization sought a simple, reliable LMS that could track course completion and provide clear reports for oversight and audits.
