The Town of Franklin, a small municipality in upstate New York, struggled with manual paper time cards that created errors and made payroll processing cumbersome and office-dependent. The change eliminated manual errors, saved administrative time, allowed payroll to be processed offsite, and gave employees web access to their own timecards—resulting in more accurate, efficient payroll and better overall time management.
