CR Home (Construction Resources, Inc.) is a multi-company home remodeling provider with about 735 employees across 12 locations in GA, SC, FL and AL. The firm struggled with a mix of manual and incompatible timekeeping systems that made payroll integration, multiple pay-code management, daily oversight of hours/overtime, and tracking of field-based workers difficult — and the previous vendor’s limited support aggravated those inefficiencies.

Construction Resources deployed Lathem’s PayClock Online (with the PayClock mobile app and biometric CloudTouch and FaceIN clocks) to centralize time and attendance across the enterprise. More than 20 clocks and real-time cloud access (including GPS for remote workers) were implemented with custom setup and support from Lathem. The system integrated with payroll, reduced errors and administrative work, and saved the payroll manager over four hours a week while enabling on-time payroll and better labor-cost control.
