Antelope Sales & Service, Inc., which sells and services drilling and wellhead equipment with field crews working around the clock across four states, struggled to track unpredictable, on-call hours. Employees were texting start/stop times in the middle of the night and office staff had to manually enter hours, creating inefficiency and accuracy issues for payroll and compliance.

Antelope implemented Lathem’s PayClock Online cloud-based time & attendance system with PC600 touchscreen/badge clocks, enabling mobile clock-in/out and real-time timecard data for managers and employees. The system lets managers edit timecards, run reports and review records from any device while employees view their own time and PTO, reducing back-office work, improving accuracy, aiding DOT and workers’ comp records, and integrating with payroll platforms like QuickBooks, ADP and Paychex.
