AAA-1 Heating & Cooling is an HVAC provider serving residential and commercial customers in the Kingsport/Johnson City, TN area. With field-based service technicians traveling to customer sites daily, the company needed a mobile time and attendance system to let technicians clock in and out on smartphones and give managers anytime, anywhere access to accurate employee time records for payroll.
