Vicks partnered with Later Influence to ramp up authentic consumer reviews and social proof across its cough-and-cold portfolio. The brief was to generate high-quality reviews for key SKUs (VapoRub, DayQuil SEVERE, NyQuil SEVERE, ZzzQuil NIGHTTIME SLEEP‑AID, Sinex) to improve shopper confidence and influence purchase decisions.

Later Influence ran a targeted review-generation program that produced 3,585 product reviews for 9 Vicks products in a 6‑month period, achieving an average rating of 4.79. The volume and strong ratings bolstered product credibility and, per Bazaarvoice methodology cited in the project, support a projected sales lift for the Vicks portfolio.
