Opendoor, a digital residential real estate platform, wanted to invest in brand media to create demand and grow awareness as it navigated major life-transition messaging. It partnered with Later Influence to support its influencer marketing efforts, using Later’s platform and services to help scale campaigns and improve measurement.

Later Influence built a creator-led campaign around “For Life’s New Opportunities,” activating influencers across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with posts, Stories, Reels, and trackable CTAs. The campaign delivered 837 pieces of content, 5.1M impressions, 438.3K engagements, and 2.5K link clicks, with an 8.6% average engagement rate; Instagram posts averaged 12.3% engagement and Reels 10.5%, both outperforming industry benchmarks. Later Influence also helped Opendoor’s TikTok Spark Ads achieve a 19% higher CTR and 22% lower CPC than repurposed organic IGC.
