El Pollo Loco partnered with Later Influence to launch its Double Tostada product and generate buzz, incremental sales, and stronger brand awareness among food-loving Gen Z audiences. The brand needed a scalable way to create #PolloPartner content that could showcase the new menu item’s flavor, versatility, and craveability across TikTok and Instagram.
Later Influence helped El Pollo Loco scale influencer activations beyond a handful of creators, sourcing a diverse mix of foodies, comedians, and lifestyle creators and managing the campaign from sourcing and contracting through reporting. The campaign delivered 20 influencers, 39 pieces of content, 46.7M impressions, and a 2.2% average engagement rate, while also driving record sales mix and product trials for the Double Tostada launch.
