Champs Sports partnered with Later Influence to evolve its influencer marketing approach, moving from lifestyle creators into NIL campaigns that better matched its target audience. The challenge was to find athlete and fitness-focused influencers who could authentically represent the brand and drive strong engagement, especially through video content on TikTok and Instagram.
Later Influence helped Champs Sports curate high-engagement creator partners, manage campaign creation and sourcing, and support four NIL campaigns across the #WeKnowGame program. The result was 24 creators producing 91 pieces of content, 3 million impressions, and 353.1K engagements, with an 11.8% average engagement rate, $0.16 average CPE, and $19.14 CPM—well above Later’s retail/eCommerce benchmarks.
