Redbility, an award-winning digital strategy company in Madrid (30 employees) that works with clients like Nestle, Heineken, eBay and Telefónica, faced growing password-management challenges: tracking logins across development, production and testing, insecure sharing via WhatsApp and email, no visibility into shared credentials among employees/vendors/clients, and projects involving up to 50 contributors. To address these confidentiality and security concerns, Redbility implemented LastPass across the team.

LastPass delivered a central, project-organized password repository with access restrictions, a password generator to randomize credentials, and controls for secure sharing, rotation and offboarding. As a result, Redbility reports more efficient, organized project management, safe flexible password sharing among project members, and increased confidence from leadership that client information and IP are protected thanks to LastPass.
