Higher Logic, a digital marketing platform for nonprofits and associations, needed a more secure, automated way to share and manage credentials for a growing, often-remote team. LastPass gave Higher Logic encrypted, portable vaults, role- and group-based shared access, robust reporting to show real user password behavior, and quick Active Directory sync (configured in 45 minutes). The deployment enabled better password habits, added multifactor protection and policy controls (e.g., blocking jailbroken devices and export), allowed regular executive reporting, and materially improved Higher Logic’s security posture and ROI.
