OpenClassrooms, a Paris-based eLearning platform with 50 employees, needed to enforce a strong password policy and provide convenient, accountable shared access to dozens of cloud tools as the team rapidly grew. To stop password reuse and simplify secure access, OpenClassrooms turned to LastPass, deploying LastPass Enterprise across the organization.

LastPass Enterprise gave each employee an encrypted vault, a built-in password generator, permissions-based Shared Folders and support for YubiKey two-factor authentication, enabling secure collaboration without overburdening IT. As a result, LastPass helped OpenClassrooms implement organization-wide password management, instantly onboard new hires at scale, reduce IT workload, enforce unique strong passwords for every login, and securely connect 50 employees to hundreds of accounts every day.
