Deltion College Needed Secure Access and Strong Password Management

Deltion College, a vocational school in the Netherlands with one main campus and two branches, struggled with a mixed-ability user base and insecure, decentralized password practices that IT couldn’t manage. To solve this, IT Manager Robert Vos adopted LastPass—using LastPass Enterprise for staff and LastPass Premium for students—to replace spreadsheets and shared credentials with a centralized, user-friendly password manager.

LastPass let the ~30-person IT team create and share strong, unique passwords without revealing them, auto-update credentials, and provide a searchable vault accessible from any device. Deltion expanded LastPass Enterprise to 1,200 faculty and is rolling out LastPass Premium to 17,000 students, producing greater IT visibility into password hygiene, easier secure sharing, and improved campus-wide security.
