A LastPass Case Study

Preview of the Crunchr Case Study

Crunchr - Customer Case Study

Crunchr, an Amsterdam-based workforce analytics provider, faced the challenge of enforcing strong password hygiene across a growing, hybrid team and a sprawling cloud stack. To reduce the risk of credential reuse and data exposure from the outset, Crunchr adopted the LastPass password manager to provide cross-platform access and centralized password controls for employees working across Apple iOS and Microsoft Windows devices.

Since implementing LastPass in 2014 and expanding licences as the team grew, Crunchr used features like the LastPass Password Generator, Shared Folders, enforced multi-factor authentication and 30 security policies to harden credentials and simplify offboarding. The result: an average security score of 86%, password strength of 85%, only one weak master password remaining, the CTO at 94% security, over a thousand logins stored, and smoother team collaboration and access management — all driven by LastPass.
