Forsters LLP Secures Legal Operations with LastPass

Forsters LLP, a leading London law firm of over 500 employees specializing in private client and commercial real estate, faced a fragmented approach to password management—teams using KeePass or insecure methods like sticky notes—and the risk of losing critical credentials during periods of IT turnover. To centralize control, improve security and user experience across a growing hybrid workforce, the firm selected LastPass as its corporate password management solution.

LastPass was rolled out as a core part of Forsters LLP’s device builds during a Windows 11 and laptop refresh, with federated login and Azure AD integration, on-site support and the Families as a Benefit offering for employees’ households. The deployment centralized password control, eliminated inconsistent practices, delivered seamless multi-device access, and enabled measurable reporting from LastPass to identify weak or compromised passwords—making LastPass a foundational element of Forsters LLP’s ongoing security and continuity strategy.
