Rehmann, a wealth management practice with offices across Michigan, Ohio, and Florida, needed a more consistent way to manage workflows and meet broker-dealer compliance requirements. Working with Laserfiche and its Forms platform, the firm was trying to reduce manual, time-intensive steps in onboarding, records management, and audit preparation while improving information governance.
Laserfiche helped Rehmann streamline digital onboarding, automate document filing, and connect CRM data with back-end workflows, cutting duplicate entry and improving compliance tracking. As a result, Rehmann opened 600 new accounts and brought in $400 million in new assets in 2023, while also reducing implementation time for new automated processes from six months to about 30 days.
