With Ricoh Canada, King’s implemented Laserfiche for records management, electronic forms, process automation and PeopleSoft integrations, digitizing admissions, scholarship workflows and academic counselling. The solution enabled secure remote work, automated communications and data pre‑population; the college managed the application spike, raised its admission average from 75% to 79%, saw a 15% increase in enrolment this year and improved retention, response times and process accuracy across campus.
