Tecnoglass Powers Collaboration to Deliver Industry Leading Products and Services

Tecnoglass, a leading Colombian glass and window manufacturer and the first Colombian company listed on NASDAQ, experienced rapid growth and found its legacy document system unable to keep up. Records were disorganized and stored offsite, supplier registration was paper‑based and error‑prone, and the old platform couldn’t integrate with core systems — creating high storage and labor costs, delays in decision‑making, and compliance risks.

Working with Laserfiche and local partner Gestech, Tecnoglass digitized more than 10 million files into a centralized repository and automated workflows for supplier registration, accounts payable and other processes. The change saved nearly 73 million Colombian pesos in paperwork shipping/processing, sped audits and compliance (SOX, ISO, AEO), eliminated repetitive manual tasks, improved collaboration and accountability, and positioned the company for continued growth.
