Colegio Alemán, a network of three German-language schools in greater Mexico City serving 3,000 students, needed a better way to handle time-consuming student services like re-enrollment, enrollment, and scholarships. Working with Laserfiche and solution provider Apoint Mexico, the school sought to replace paper-heavy, in-person processes with a more efficient digital experience for parents and staff.
Laserfiche implemented electronic forms, automated workflows, e-signatures, records management, and ERP integration to streamline these processes. The re-enrollment process now takes about five to 10 minutes instead of one to three hours, saving time and money while improving customer service; parents can complete everything online without printing paperwork, and Colegio Alemán has since expanded Laserfiche across multiple other student and administrative workflows.
