With Laserfiche and an integration to DispatchTrack, Kore Logistics automated package scanning, pick list creation, proof-of-delivery handling, and damage documentation through forms, workflows, and a centralized repository. Laserfiche helped reduce dock searches from more than 60 in busy seasons to about seven, and supported growth from 10,000 to 30,000 packages per month without adding significant warehouse staff.
