Invoices were passed between employees for coding, approval and scanning, with records stored in cabinets and no formal retention, creating inefficiency, wasted space and slow payment cycles.

Rochester deployed Laserfiche Forms, Workflow, Records Management and a Laserfiche–JDE integration (direct DB writes and Café One/WebLink) so invoices are uploaded, routed for approval, stamped with approver/date, indexed with JDE document numbers and retained automatically.
