By implementing Laserfiche Workflow with template-driven metadata, automated routing, tokenized contract numbers, and Conditional Parallel routing of document shortcuts to reviewers, the HSC enabled simultaneous review, tracked revisions by appending updated pages, and collected signatures via stamped approvals. The automated workflows and notifications centralized records and cut contract processing time from six–eight weeks to one–two weeks while improving transparency and auditability.
