Fiducia implemented Laserfiche integrated with Salesforce and DocuSign to centralize client data, auto-populate proposal forms, and automate routing and approvals (including mobile sign-off). The solution standardized document creation, indexing and archiving, improved information governance and collaboration, enabled remote work during COVID, and reclaimed about 150 hours per year; Fiducia plans to extend automation to supplier processes with ABBYY.
