FCA Packaging, a manufacturer of highly customized packaging products for major OEMs, needed to rebuild key business processes after two acquisitions and better manage engineering, HR, inventory, invoices, and customer documentation. With Laserfiche, the company aimed to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance across departments while supporting growth across 35 locations and more than 1,000 employees.

Laserfiche automated FCA Packaging’s manual, paper-based accounts payable and other workflows, using forms, digital routing, access controls, and document extraction to streamline approvals and audits. The AP process dropped from up to four days to about five hours, and tax-return preparation fell from three days to four hours; overall, Laserfiche improved productivity, accuracy, vendor satisfaction, and employee capacity across the business.
