A Laserfiche Case Study
Enterprise & Training Company (ETC), a not-for-profit employment and training provider in Australia, needed to improve compliance and replace a heavily paper-based customer onboarding process. As caseloads surged during COVID-19, ETC turned to Laserfiche to help scale operations and continue serving job seekers without sacrificing service quality.
Laserfiche used Forms, workflow, Laserfiche Connector, and a custom API to digitize 40 forms and automate onboarding and filing, saving 10–15 minutes per customer. The results were significant: ETC doubled its caseload from 7,000 to 14,000 without hiring additional staff, avoided adding 36 employees, saved about $1.6 million in salary and on-costs, and placed job seekers 50% faster than competitors.
