The Maryland Theatre, a historic nonprofit venue with more than 300 events and performances each year, was struggling with paper-based processes, scattered information, and collaboration challenges across departments. It needed a better way to manage leads, contracts, records, tasks, and other day-to-day operations, and chose Laserfiche for its secure, cloud-based, customizable platform and user-friendly interface.
Laserfiche implemented a centralized system for document management, e-signatures, online forms, workflow automation, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and Outlook. The result was improved documentation quality, faster decision-making, better collaboration, stronger information governance, and reduced errors; the theatre also reported productivity gains and enough operational efficiency to hire an additional staff member to support its growing schedule.
