Digital Transformation Energizes County of Los Angeles Housing Agency

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) oversees subsidized and affordable housing programs for the nation’s largest county and was struggling with decades of paper and siloed electronic records across hundreds of thousands of cases.
