DHL also automated HR records, flight-hour reporting, and mechanics’ certification reminders and approvals, improving visibility, reducing printing and manual work, and preventing delays and safety risks. The company reported growth from 30 to 200 users and said performance remained steady as usage expanded, with Laserfiche enabling more efficient, sustainable operations.
