Bubblelab Laundry Sdn Bhd operates a 24-hour self-service laundry chain in Malaysia that grew from three outlets in 2013 to more than 200 locations. That rapid expansion made day-to-day maintenance and communication increasingly complex, and the company’s paper-based, manual processes could not scale without risking service quality and growth.

Working with Ricoh, Bubblelab implemented Laserfiche enterprise content management—using electronic forms and business process automation—across all stores in six weeks to digitize defect logs, maintenance tickets, material requisitions, service reports and payroll integration. The automated workflows improved scheduling and transparency, eliminated a daily 30-minute briefing, cut response times to about 1.5 days, and generated over US$44,000 in annual savings while boosting productivity and enabling more data-driven operations.
