Beachwalk Resort, a four-star condo hotel in Hallandale Beach, Florida, sought to improve owner relations and guest service after finding critical information scattered across computers and shared drives. Manual contract management, slow retrieval of permits and authorized-user lists, and the need to handle credit card and banking data in a PCI-compliant way were creating delays and extra work for staff.
