NATO Air Command and Control System Management Agency - Customer Case Study

NATO Air Command and Control System Management Agency (NACMA) needed a robust configuration and requirements management solution to coordinate the multinational ACCS programme, track thousands of requirements across 3,000‑page specifications, and maintain traceability from requirements through tests to hardware, software and firmware baselines. To meet these challenges NACMA selected Lascom and its Lascom ICS product for its flexible framework and ability to adapt to the Programme’s complex configuration, baseline and change-management processes.

Lascom implemented Lascom ICS as the central repository and interface for all ACCS participants, providing configuration management, requirements tracking, engineering‑change workflows and IIMD integration. The system now manages over 100,000 contractual and technical documents, 150,000 managed references (80 GB), 120,000 additional IIMD references, 50 item types and around 100 users, delivering a single shared repository, exhaustive configuration control, integrated EC cycles and improved traceability across NATO — all enabled by Lascom.
