People’s Association transforms 4 HQ spaces with &Larry and 220+ staff insights

&Larry partnered with the People’s Association (PA), a Singaporean government agency, to address the challenge of transforming its historic headquarters into a space that better reflected its heritage and mission while fostering spontaneous interaction among staff and visitors. The project required a spatial branding and design solution to revitalize several underutilized and transitional areas.

The solution involved an extensive discovery and design thinking process, leading to the redesign of four key spaces, including an entrance linkway, a lounge, an atrium, and a pre-function area. &Larry incorporated elements like community-inspired furniture, historical galleries, interactive digital displays, and improved functional layouts. The results were more inviting, meaningful, and enduring spaces that enhanced brand engagement, usability, and human connection within the PA headquarters.
