A Lark Case Study
The Indonesian telemedicine platform KlikDokter, part of the Kalbe Farma family, faced significant collaboration challenges as it grew. The company's reliance on various third-party apps like WhatsApp and Gsuite became inefficient, a problem that was severely exacerbated when 95% of its 300+ employees were forced to work remotely during the pandemic. This made coordinating teams across its value chain, especially field workers, particularly difficult and highlighted the need for a more effective unified communication platform.
To overcome this, KlikDokter adopted the Lark suite, a comprehensive collaboration platform from vendor Lark. The all-in-one design of Lark facilitated seamless remote work through its integrated messenger and video conferencing, allowing field and remote teams to collaborate more effectively. As a result, Lark became the company's default platform. The implementation of specific features like Lark Approvals helped the company shave off significant man-hours, greatly improving overall operational efficiency.
