Lantronix provided its xPico 240 embedded IoT gateway, which hosts the Cypress CYW43907 Wi-Fi MCU. This solution enabled Cypress to quickly design and build a market-ready prototype for wireless scales, reducing their total development cost and accelerating time to production. The result was a new product design that gives stores the flexibility for on-demand reconfigurations and wirelessly transmits data directly to point-of-sale terminals.
