Majedie Asset Management, a UK investment boutique, needed a way to handle FCA-driven performance and competence reviews for certain “important” employees while keeping them separate from standard appraisal workflows. The firm also wanted a system that could give senior Compliance staff oversight without exposing content they should not access, so it turned to Lanteria and its SharePoint-based HR software, MajMe.
Lanteria implemented MajMe as Majedie’s HR system to manage absences, store employee data and documents, and run annual 360 appraisals and performance reviews. The solution fit well into Majedie’s SharePoint architecture, proved stable, and supported the company’s regulatory workflows; Majedie also reported excellent support from Lanteria and said the system had integrated seamlessly and delivered good value for money.
