Great Blue Heron Casino needed a new HRIS because its existing system was no longer supported, wasn’t web-based, and didn’t align with its IT strategy. The casino also faced a major migration challenge, with more than 10 years of data to move, and needed additional Recruiting and Appraisal capabilities. Lanteria provided the HR solution used for the project, built on SharePoint.
Lanteria delivered a customized SharePoint-based HRIS tailored to Great Blue Heron Casino’s requirements, including customizations to fit existing processes and data needs.
