Lanteria implemented a customized Lanteria HR solution, including Core HR, AD integration, and the Learning Management System module on SharePoint Server 2013, plus custom features for learning budgets, practicum assignments, curricula, and multi-day training. The result was full automation of Chemonics’ learning processes, expanded access from home office to global users, decreased turnaround times, and increased tracking and accountability.
