Built is one of Australia’s leading construction, refurbishment and fit-out companies, with nearly 800 employees and more than $1 billion in annual revenue. It needed an off-the-shelf HR management solution that could be customized to fit internal processes and host sensitive employee data securely in its own environment. Lanteria, implemented through Total Calibration, was selected to meet those requirements.

Lanteria deployed a SharePoint-based HR system in stages, covering performance reviews, leave requests and approvals, and recruitment with an external application portal. The result was a single source of truth for HR data, reduced paperwork and duplication, faster ad hoc reporting, standardized processes across states, and more self-service for employees. Built also introduced an online learning platform, and employee engagement survey results showed improved ratings as an employer of choice.
