Mace Industries, a manufacturer of conveyors, roof loaders, elevators, hoists and screeners for the construction sector, needed a better way to manage increasingly complex quoting, nesting and production across its own products and 3rd party work. After a recommendation from another laser cutting manufacturer, it chose Lantek and installed Lantek Expert, Lantek Integra ERP, Lantek Manager and a link to Sage accounting software.

With Lantek, Mace Industries reprogrammed thousands of parts, gained the ability to switch jobs between machines more easily, and streamlined its quotation-to-production workflow. The company now generates 3–4 quotations per day for 3rd party customers, handles jobs from 1 to 400 parts, and can quickly update quotes when designs or material prices change, helping improve flexibility, speed and accuracy in its manufacturing operations.
