Lantek helps DaRo to be flexible in its choice of machines and eliminate operations

DaRo Products Ltd is a subcontract design and manufacturing company that needed a more flexible way to program changing punch machines and streamline production. After moving from a dedicated machine-specific system, DaRo chose Lantek and Lantek Expert CAD/CAM 2D so it could program different machines and keep pace with its growing workload.

Lantek implemented Lantek Expert on DaRo’s Rainer and TRUMPF TruPunch 3000 machines, and worked with the company to add on-machine de-burring and other operations into the CNC programs. This allowed DaRo to eliminate a secondary hand-deburring process, free up an operator for other work, and generate punching programs in minutes, helping the company maintain peak manufacturing efficiency as its machine base and product range expanded.
