Rentokil Initial, one of the world’s largest business services companies, needed a better way to discover and manage more than 25,000 IT assets across its global estate. Using ServiceNow for IT asset management, the company turned to Lansweeper to automatically identify overlooked devices, improve security visibility, and support GDPR compliance across Windows assets.

Lansweeper was integrated with ServiceNow so discovered asset data could flow into the CMDB and create a single verified record for each managed asset. The rollout delivered global visibility across on-premises environments, helped alert the team to unknown devices connecting to the network, and strengthened security posture; Rentokil Initial completed deployment across regions in about nine months and now gives roughly 50 IT users access to Lansweeper for ongoing asset discovery and reporting.
