Manx Care, the healthcare provider on the Isle of Man, faced the challenge of delivering timely and safe care to a diverse patient population speaking numerous languages, including tourists and residents. LanguageLine implemented its Rolling Cart solution, a mobile cart with video-enabled tablets providing one-touch access to interpreters in over 240 languages. Deployed at Noble's Hospital, the solution minimized care delays, improved patient safety and trust, and supported Deaf patients. Manx Care reported faster clinical decisions and plans to expand the program, with LanguageLine helping to ensure equitable, high-quality communication across their services.
