How Salomatic Uses Langtrace & DSPy to Build a Reliable Medical Report Generation System

Salomatic, a medical technology company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, was challenged by the unreliability of its large language model (LLM) system for generating patient medical reports. The vendor Langtrace was brought in to address the critical issue where LLMs frequently missed key lab data, forcing the company to manually correct a significant portion of its reports.

Using the Langtrace observability platform, Salomatic gained deep visibility into its LLM and DSPy operations, enabling the team to quickly diagnose and fix errors. This solution led to a significant reduction in report errors and a dramatic decrease in manual work. The improved reliability allowed Salomatic to increase automation and scale its operations with the goal of generating 500 daily reports.
