Lanes & Planes implemented its all-in-one travel management tool to fully digitalize Covivio's processes. The solution automated approvals, integrated with SAP, and provided a mobile app for expense reporting. As a result, the time to create an expense report was halved from 40 to 20 minutes, and the number of company credit cards was reduced by approximately 50%. Lanes & Planes enabled employees to book all trips themselves in just 15 minutes under predefined guidelines, eliminating manual data entry and paper-based workflows.
