JLL, a global real estate firm focused on innovation and sustainability, faced challenges in consolidating a wide breadth of raw property information from various sources into one cohesive space. They needed to work more quickly and efficiently with data to help their customers hit targets, but other PropTech solutions lacked the ease of use they required. JLL partnered with LandTech to increase their property and planning insights.

LandTech helped solve this challenge with its LandInsight product, which aggregates a wide range of data and allows for the collection and visualization of planning and policy data in one map-based tool. This enabled JLL to develop rich reports for clients and save significant time. In 2022, JLL assessed 4,359 sites, generated 1,565 property reports with a click, and created 5 LandFund Appraisals in minutes using LandTech's platform.
