Royal Palace of Aranjuez of Madrid restores King’s Garden in 3 tools with Lands Design

The Royal Palace of Aranjuez of Madrid sought to restore the original design of its historic King’s Garden. As part of a master's program, the project required a workflow to create a detailed 3D model for visualization. Lands Design was selected as the landscaping software to be used in this process.

Lands Design was used within AutoCAD to model the garden's surfaces, walls, hedges, and plants, creating a detailed 3D design. This model was then rendered with Lumion to achieve a final, realistic result. The project successfully demonstrated the full compatibility of the software workflow and was presented to master's students at the Polytechnic University of Madrid as a real case study.
