Honda Australia’s Information Services Department was struggling to support a growing fleet of PCs manually, with inconsistent configurations, slow software updates, and time-consuming on-site troubleshooting. To improve remote support and standardize device management, Honda chose Landesk Management Suite for its Lenovo environment.

Landesk implemented automated imaging, operating system deployment, patching, application delivery, and remote control from a single console. The result was faster support, standardized machines across the network, and less human error; after Honda’s merger, Landesk helped roll out to 98% of an additional 200 computers by late May, and the IT team managed the doubled user base without adding extra staff.
