RoadSave, a South African road-safety app, wanted to evolve from its previous CrashDetech brand into a more engaging, trust-building experience that could improve customer onboarding and bring more of its services together. The team needed a conversational tool with strong integration capabilities to support rich chat experiences and a smoother lead-generation and onboarding journey.

Using Landbot, RoadSave built a character-led chatbot experience, with “Jono” guiding users through lead-gen campaigns and insurance quote flows while collecting and enriching customer data in real time. The results were significant: RoadSave reported onboarding around 200 new customers per day, saving about $1,000 daily, and generating $30K in monthly savings, while improving email engagement and completing 70K conversations.
