TuGo, a Canadian travel insurance provider, needed to replace its previous LMS because reporting and analytics were difficult, metrics were unclear, and it lacked the ability to segment learning content for partners and employees. To address these challenges, TuGo turned to Lambda Solutions and the Totara Cloud Professional Bundle with Zoola Analytics.

Lambda Solutions implemented a highly customizable Totara/Zoola Analytics solution that enabled segmented dashboards, blended learning, single sign-on integration, and stronger reporting. Within one year, TuGo re-purposed and launched over 25 courses, developed 7 new courses, implemented 3 learning programs, created its first corporate performance-based course, and launched its first bilingual interactive partner course, all while gaining more reliable analytics to support strategic decisions.
